If you are interested in purchasing one of our Bear Tracks Trading Co. exclusive items please follow the following steps. First decide on the item you want, as well as the color and size of the item. Once you have made your decision call us or fax us with your order. Be sure you know the item name, the size, and color. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we will not be taking online orders. We suggest that you provide us with your telephone number when you make a purchase, in case we need to contact you about your order. Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. Shipping Infomation: All orders are shipped from in-store within two business days via UPS ground or USPS mail (USA only). Shipping charges vary according to size and weight or item(s) and location of shipment. Back Orders: Occasionally items go on back order, which means the item that you ordered could possibly be currently out of stock, but is on order and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. In the case that an item in a multiple item order is out of stock, the entire order may be delayed to ensure that the order is shipped in full. Your credit card will not be charged for items until they are shipped. Returns: Bear Tracks allows you to return any item in its original condition for any reason within 30 days. We’ll be glad to replace the item, or issue a credit toward other items we carry.
